What is the refund policy of Themeum?
We have a customer friendly 30-day* refund policy. But you can not ask for a refund claiming a feature that your purchased theme or plugin doesn’t include. Read our refund policy
Do your themes support RTL?
Yes, all of our paid themes support RTL.
What is your free product support policy?
Themeum offers a good number of free products. Our free titles are labelled as “Free” so you can easily recognize them. We provide support for our free products, but the paid themes get the utmost priority from the support team. You can ask questions on our forums and the community members may help you.
Do you have any installation or setup service?
We do not have any installation or setup service. You can hire a freelance developer to do this on your own.
Why should I have a registered account on your website?
If you want to use any of our themes (either free or premium), you need to register an account so that we can keep a record of all of our themes users. This account will let you post support queries on our forums as well.
Are your themes widget ready/shortcode supported?
Yes, all of our themes are widget ready and shortcode supported.

Account Questions

Can I share my username and password with your staffs?
Yes, you can. But we recommend you not to share your live website’s password with anybody. You can share password of your demo website.
How to recover my Themeum account password?
If you forget your Themeum account password, then go to this link and fill out the form with your email address and click the ‘Reset Password’ button. You will receive an email with the password reset instructions. If you don’t get the email, please check your email’s spam box.
How to download the product?
If you purchase any of our products, you need to download that product to use. To download the product purchased, you have to first login to the themeum site. Then go to My Account > Download. There you can find a download section. If you face any problem, please feel free to contact our support team.

Do you provide documentation and support?
Yes, all of our themes are well-documented, and we provide awesome support for our themes.
How long do I have support access?
You can get our tech support for 1 year from the day you purchase our theme(s).
How can I benefit from support and theme updates?
We provide support for issues you run into while using our themes and update our products on a regular basis. We highly recommend you to update your theme(s) whenever an update is available.
Do you provide customization?
No, we don’t provide any customization service. All of our themes are highly customizable and we believe you can do it yourself.
Do you have an affiliate program?
We do not have any affiliate program for the time being, but we provide a special discount on purchasing three or more products at a time for a single user.
For how many websites can I use the theme(s)?
Our license allows you to use one theme for a single website upon a single purchase. However, you can purchase a theme several times each for a different website.
Are the themes Search Engine Optimized?
Yes, all of our products are highly Search Engine Optimized.
Which browsers do you test the themes on?
Our themes look and work great on all major browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Microsoft Edge. We don’t test on IE because Microsoft has stopped updating IE.
How can I use a discount voucher?
If you have any coupon code, then apply that on the cart page’s “Coupon Code” text field. (Each coupon code has its own deadline. They are not supposed to work after that particular time).
