Yes, we have a 30 day refund policy. If we are unable to solve a problem within 7 business days, we would refund the order.

If you upgrade within the first 30 days of purchase, then you will have to only pay the difference. Based on after how many days you’re upgrading, we will offer some discount on the upgraded plan. But if you upgrade after the license is expired, there will be no discount. Please contact support to get the discount.
