Welcome to Themeum Support. We always strive to provide comprehensive support to Themeum users. For your convenience, we have categorized our entire support division into the following three wings.

Live Chat

Currently our live chat portal is available for pre-sale questions only. If you have any query regarding the pricing, support policy, license terms, and features of our themes, please feel free to chat live with us. You can also send us an email from the chat box when the live support is offline.

Premium Theme Support

The pro support is provided by our technical team. If you face any issue with our premium themes, please ask a question on our Support Centre and our tech support members will respond to you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Please note, pro support is only available for paid customers

Free Theme Support

Themeum offers a good number of free themes. Our free titles are labelled as “Free” so you can easily recognize them. We provide support for our free themes, but the paid themes get the utmost priority from the support team. You can ask questions on our forums and the community members may help you.
