That’s great news! Would it be possible for courses to have more than one instructor? If so, how would that work out? Would getting the Language School theme be a better fit if I wanted that functionality?

Sorry for the late reply.
Yes, you can have multiple instructors. It is available on the Pro version of Tutor LMS.
You can add multiple instructors and the instructors will be able to access the course from their frontend or backend dashboard.
As this is a plugin functionality, it is not dependent on any theme. You are free to use any theme you want.
Just to note one thing, Docent is focused on a single instructor website. So, it does not have the feature to display author information anywhere.
